Introduction

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to the website located at anomalycreate.com (the “Site”) operated by Anomaly Create, LLC (“Anomaly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, with its principal office at 807 W. Morse Blvd., Suite 101, Winter Park, FL 32789.

This Policy describes the categories of personal information we collect, how we use, disclose, and retain that information, and the choices available to you. This Policy is intended to provide transparency regarding our data practices. If you do not want us to process your information as described in this Policy, do not use the Site or submit information through it.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically through our hosting infrastructure and analytics tools:

Server and Access Logs (via Vercel). Our hosting provider records standard server log data for each request, including your IP address, user agent string, referrer URL, timestamp, requested page path, and HTTP response status code.

Approximate Geolocation. Country and region level location is derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise or GPS based location data.

Device and Browser Information. Device type, operating system, and browser type are collected as part of server log and analytics data.

Analytics (via Google Analytics 4).We use Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”), deployed through Google Tag Manager (“GTM”), to collect aggregate usage data including pageviews, session information, referrer URLs, device and browser type, approximate geolocation, and event level data such as electronic press kit (EPK) downloads.

Platform Monitoring (via Vercel). Vercel collects system level telemetry for performance monitoring, uptime, and reliability purposes.

Cookies and Similar Technologies. Cookies may be set through Google Tag Manager to support GA4 analytics and any additional tags managed through GTM. You may disable cookies at any time through your browser settings; doing so may affect certain Site functionality. 1.2 Information You Provide

We collect personal information that you voluntarily submit through the Site:

Contact Form. When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, we collect your full name, email address, phone number (if requested or provided), and the content of your message.

Newsletter Signup (via Mailchimp). When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and any additional fields presented at the time of signup.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To operate and maintain the Site, including hosting, performance monitoring, and security.
  • To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form.
  • To deliver newsletters and other communications you have opted into.
  • To analyze Site usage, including traffic patterns, feature engagement, and aggregate trends, in order to improve the Site.
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations and to protect the rights and property of Anomaly and others.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies deployed through Google Tag Manager. These currently support Google Analytics 4. We categorize cookies used on the Site as follows:

Essential. Required for basic Site functionality and security. These cookies do not require consent.

Analytics. Used by GA4 to collect aggregate data about Site usage and performance. Analytics cookies help us understand which pages are visited, how users navigate the Site, and where improvements are needed.

If a cookie consent mechanism is deployed on the Site, non-essential cookies (including analytics cookies) will not be activated until you provide consent. You may adjust your preferences at any time through that mechanism. Regardless of whether a consent mechanism is in place, you may disable or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.

Any cookies deployed on the Site do not contain directly identifying information such as your name or email address.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We engage the following third-party service providers to operate the Site. We may update this list from time to time. Each processes data on our behalf, under our instructions, and subject to its own privacy policy:

Where any of these providers process personal data outside of the United States, appropriate safeguards are maintained in accordance with their respective privacy policies and applicable law.

5. Embedded Content and External Links

The Site contains outbound links to third-party platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and partner websites. No data is transmitted to these platforms by visiting the Site; data may be collected by the destination platform only if you follow a link and interact with that platform. These external sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Certain Site assets, such as album artwork or similar media, may in some cases be delivered from third-party content delivery networks or platforms. When such assets are requested by your browser, the applicable provider may receive limited technical request data, such as IP address, browser and device metadata, referrer information, and related log data. We do not control how such third-party providers process that information once your browser makes those requests.

All videos and images on the Site are self-hosted. We do not use third-party media embeds (such as YouTube or Vimeo players) that passively collect data.

6. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Anomaly is based in the United States. The third-party service providers described in Section 4 may process your data in the United States and in other jurisdictions where their infrastructure is located. By using the Site, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in jurisdictions outside your own, which may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Where applicable, our service providers maintain appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, including standard contractual clauses or reliance on adequacy determinations, as described in their respective privacy policies.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The retention periods for each category of data are as follows:

Server and access logs.Retained according to Vercel's standard retention schedule. For current retention periods, refer to Vercel's documentation.

Analytics data. Retained in accordance with our GA4 configuration. The default GA4 retention period is fourteen (14) months.

Contact form submissions. Retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and for our legitimate business records, after which submissions are deleted.

Newsletter subscriber data. Retained in Mailchimp for the duration of your subscription. Data is deleted upon unsubscribe or upon a verified deletion request.

Cookies. Retention periods vary by cookie type. Essential cookies typically expire at the end of your browser session or within twelve (12) months. Analytics cookies are retained subject to the duration set by Google Analytics. You may delete cookies at any time through your browser settings.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
  • Delete your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing of your personal information.
  • Data portability: receive your personal information in a structured, commonly used format.
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter or by contacting us directly.
  • You may control or delete cookies through your browser settings. If we make cookie preference tools available on the Site in the future, you may use those tools to update your choices.

No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your personal information using measures appropriate to the risks involved, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of thirteen (13). If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a person under thirteen (13), we will promptly delete that information.
